Each conference room and bookable room has an iPad outside of it with a 🔴 | 🟢 status indicator and a schedule of the day. If a room is available and you want to use it, you can book it directly from the iPad with the "Meet Now" button.
Once you join Reno Collective you will receive an email invitation to Robin. You might need to search your email or check your spam folder. If you haven't received an invitation, please let us know by reaching out to the RC team.
You should use a web browser to get set up (below).
Once you accept your invitation, you will be prompted to create a password.
Now you can use the "Find a Space" button to find an available room for the day and time you'd like to book.
